EDUCATION
Dr.Aderotimi Adelola holds a Ph.D in Organizational Psychology from the University of Ibadan. Earlier, he obtained M.sc. in Psychology from the University of Lagos a B.sc degree (2nd class upper) in Social Sciences from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).
TEACHING HISTORY
He taught Psychology at the Ondo State University Ado-Ekiti and he was an Associate Lecturer in the Post Graduate degree programme in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Ibadan.

Dr. Adelola is a Positive Psychologist, and he teaches about Positive Living, and how to get the best out of life.

WORK HISTORY
Dr. Rotimi Adelola worked as a Psychological Test Administrator and Training Manager with AG Leventis Plc. and was a Management Consultant with PriceWaterHouseCoopers before joining Owena Bank Plc. . At AG Leventis, he was responsible for applying psychological procedures to assess the employability and promotablity of candidates into all positions in the 32 companies that constituted the Leventis conglomerate. He was also involved in designing, implementing and evaluating manpower development programmes for all cadres of employees.
At PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Dr. Adelola worked as a team member in numerous consultancy projects in strategic management, organization structure review, change integration, manpower planning and development, recruitment and selection, performance management, among other organizational improvement solutions for clients across all sectors of the economy.
At Owena Bank (later Omegabank) he participated actively in the planning, implementing and evaluating the bank’s transformation agenda as the Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee. He later worked as the Vice-President Treasury and International Banking and superintended the development and promotion of several liability-generating financial products (QIMA, O’WISE, CATCH-THEM-YOUNG) and HomeAccess, an Atlanta-based international money transfer product with outlets in many states in the USA. Dr. Adelola was the pioneer Executive Director of HomeAccess. He was later redeployed as Group Head, Strategic Management with responsibility for bankwide performance monitoring, branch development, reputation management, innovation management and manpower development. Dr. Adelola championed the introduction and implementation of QUALITY IS MONEY (a TQM initiative) as well as ERROR-FREE BANKING… OR WE PAY (a customer service guarantee scheme) at Owena Bank. These initiatives contributed immensely to the repositioning of the then weak financial institution and were case studies at the prestigious Lagos Business School. He served on many mission-critical committees of the bank and was Secretary of the Executive Management Committee.
Dr. Adelola joined Global Fleet Oil & Gas Ltd. as the pioneer General Manager and was once the Chief Operating Officer of the Oil Company and later Chief Executive Officer. He worked closely with the Group Managing Director on the day-to-day management of the operations of a large tank farm and retail outlets nationwide. He was a Non-Executive Director of GNI Insurance Plc when the Company was a subsidiary of Global Fleet.
Dr.Adelola was the Secretary To State Government (SSG) Ondo State from 2009 to 2017. As SSG, he worked closely with the State Governor on the formulation, implementation and evaluation of societal development programmes to create legacies for an egalitarian Ondo State
FILM MAKER
Dr. Adelola wears many hats. He is a film maker and owns a production studio called Number 9 Film Studio which has produced a feature film titled KEDERE currently airing on DSTV (African Magic Yoruba).
Number 9 Film Studio is working on a Television Programme called “Success Club”, a leadership and mentoring talk-show designed to catalyse social change.
The studio has also produced a TV talk show titled “Ladies Chat” among others.

ADDITIONAL TRAININGS
Dr. Adelola received management training at the Lagos Business School; IDI, Dublin, Ireland; London Management School, London; NLP International Institute, Orlando Florida, USA. and Harvard-kennedy School of Government, Harvard University USA. He attended Mainframe Media And Film Institute Abeokuta Nigeria and trained as a Film Producer. He wrote and produced a feature film titled KEDERE: No Hiding Place.
